Predify sells prepaid credits ("points") and access to statistical football analysis. Because each analysis is digital content delivered instantly the moment you spend points to unlock a match, an unlock purchase is final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed.
A points top-up that remains entirely unused may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once any portion of a top-up has been spent to unlock content, that top-up is no longer eligible for a refund.
To request an eligible refund, email [email protected] with your account email and the transaction reference. We review eligible requests within 5 business days and refund to your original payment method.
We always refund duplicate or erroneous charges. Predify provides informational statistical analysis only and makes no guarantee of outcomes; a refund is never granted on the basis that a prediction did not match the real-world result.
Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle’s own buyer terms and refund handling may additionally apply to your purchase.
